The program provides opportunities for recreation, relaxation and a release from the academic schedule, in a safe and comfortable environment. Students learn to collaborate, be effective team players, better their performance and aspire for victory within the parameters of accepted rules. Sports help inculcate discipline, self confidence, team spirit, sense of belonging, pride and also understand that victory and defeat is an ongoing process.
